Pan Pacific Airlines: -Ceased operations in 2022 Cebu Pacific: -Retired some of it's ATR 72-500, all of them located at Alice Springs Airport in Alice Springs, Australia. -Converted the remaining ATR 72-500 into cargo, now owned by Cebu Pacific Cargo, still flying today.
Fact : We have many DEFUNCT airlines in Philippines most reasons are merged with major airlines and others are bankruptcy.

Yes, but as of December 2022, the airline does not operate any aircraft and therefore has stopped operating flights as well.

new update 2023: - Zest Air is now AirAsia - Air PhilExpress is now PAL express - Philippine Airlines has retired A340, 747, A319, Q-300s, GE and (few)RR engine version A330. Replaced by new A350, A321neos + new seats - Cebu Pacific has new A320neo, A321neo, A330neo, ATR-72-600s . Retire their old A319, A320ceo, A330-300s and ATR-72-500 + New liveries and new seats -Cebu Pacific also convert few old ATR 72-500 to Cargo version and introduced the Cebu Pacific Cargo -Cebu Pacific also changed their tagline to "Let's Fly Every Juan" and also they put the tagline sticker on they leased a320-200 - South East Asian Airline has only 2 737-200s
